Social-List HR™ operates as a remote-first consultancy with an on-site delivery focus. Approximately 80% of our work takes place directly at client locations, allowing us to observe operations, culture, and workforce dynamics firsthand.

 

Since our services are highly bespoke and deeply collaborative, we intentionally limit the number of client engagements each month to maintain quality and responsiveness.
